	WARRANTY Your purchase is covered by our no hassle inspection and warranty policies ! NEW ITEMS ( 14 days inspection / 1-3 YEAR WARRANTY ) Warranty is valid for a period of 1 YEAR from the date of original retail purchase and under our own 12 months seller's warranty against any manufacture defects. This warranty does not apply if any other party has damaged the product by accident, abuse, and misuse, or as a result of service. NOT ALL damages caused are not covered by this warranty. To obtain warranty service, email us with the condition of the products, we will determine whether the product is repairable or not in warranty and notify you the results or estimate. We offer free repair and free ship back during the warranty time if the camera gets manufacturing defects. If acceptable, send the item back to us and then we will send it to a domestic authorized repair department. All your warranty matters are handled and dealt directly by our specialised warranty department. Any cameras need repaired are required to send back to us in Taiwan. We trust no outsourcing company as we believe that the warranty is important. USED ITEMS ( 14 days inspection / 180 DAYS WARRANTY ) What you see is what you will get - Our pictures are of the actual item ( USED ITEMS ) you are bidding on. SHUEIDO doesn't pay return postage for any defective item for replacement. We only pay return postage if we shipped a wrong item than the sold item. Wrong Shipped item must be reported to us within 24 hours.



	PAYMENT Acceptable Payment Menthods : PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), Western Union. We reserve the right to qualify the winning bidder if paying with PayPal. We do not accept directly CREDIT CARDs or Checks, SORRY. Buyers must contact us in 3 days and payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction.



	SHIPPING We only post items to registed PayPal address if paying with PayPal. We cannot ship to any address you give us over the phone, email or eBay message. Please make sure you choose the correct address when you make the payment. We will not be able to change the shipping address after payment is made. If you have any questions please contact us before paying and we will be happy to help. We supply tracking information directly to your eBay account as well as via email within 24 hours after the shipment leaves our warehouse. Combined shipping is available by placing all eBay orders BEFORE making the Payment. All packages are signature required. Unclaimed package will be return to us after 3 unsuccessful delivery, if this happens we will try our best to contact you once the package returned, your purchasing will able to be ship again, but the shipping fee must to be requoted. We will keep returned items for 6 month, we will not liable for keeping returning over 6 month when goods returned. Seller is not responsible for wrong and undeliverable addresses. We professionally package your item for safe shipment. We insure package we ship by third party insurance company. If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. 	RETURN POLICIES All returns must contact us before you ship any item back to us. if you ship an item back to us without contact us prior to shipping the package will be refused & returned to you. Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be intact and undamaged in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. ALL accessories must be unused. ALL accessory packages must be unopened. Memory card and any other Blister Pack items are not returnable once opened. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Refunds will NOT include ANY shipping and handling fees. Return shipping cost generated will be buyer's responsibility. Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them. The minimum restocking fee is 5%. If the items have been opened or used the restocking fee will be more than 5% and will be determined once our review is done.



	ABOUT TAX The transaction does not include any Import Tax / Duty / VAT / Brokerage Fees / Handling Fees. For more information about the tax rate, please check with local custom department before purchases. If the package was returned due to refusal to pay import tax or unsuccessful delivery (e.g. insufficient address information, no such receiver, etc), we will charge the buyer ALL shipping cost and 5% (of total price) handling fee.
